20. Payment by package, credit, training voucher
Some offers allow early booking of several modules with activation to be agreed upon.
21. Refunds, postponements, cancellations
Requests for cancellation or postponement must be made in writing. The following charges apply, depending on how much notice is given before the start of the training session:
- Within 15 days of registration, more than 30 days before the course: no charge, full refund,
- Within 15 days of registration, less than 30 days before the training session: refund of the registration fee minus any costs already incurred to ensure the participant’s attendance,

V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROJECTS
25. Educational materials and training content
The educational content provided (documents, videos, digital tools, etc.) remains the exclusive intellectual property of the training organization or their authors. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written authorization or unless otherwise noted on the documents.
26. Creations resulting from training: professional projects
Any project, idea, or creation developed during the training – whether individually or in groups – is deemed to belong to the training organization. The organization acts as the custodian of the collective dynamic and as a representative to protect, promote, and valorize these projects, including outside the session.
27. Collective copyright
The moral and economic copyright over these projects is shared among:
- the administrative or management team that designed the training framework,
- the trainers who contributed to the guidance,
- the participants involved in the creation.
28. Pre-existing projects
A project existing before the training remains the exclusive property of its authors. It is the participant’s responsibility to declare it and document its components and authors from the start of the training, to avoid any misunderstanding regarding associated rights.
VI. PARTICIPATION TERMS AND COMMUNITY LIFE
29. Participant commitment
The participant commits to actively attending the training, respecting schedules, signing attendance sheets, reporting any absence, and behaving respectfully toward the group, instructors, and premises.
30. Health form
When required based on the type of training and its needs, the participant (or their legal representative if a minor) agrees to complete a health form (allergies, ongoing treatments, physical or mental limitations, fitness level, etc.). This document is treated confidentially.
31. Respect for collective rules
The participant agrees to respect the collective rules of conduct, especially regarding safety, community life, religious, political, and union neutrality, punctuality, respect for organization and others, and responsible behavior.
32. Supervised physical activities
When physical activities are proposed or mandatory, a certificate of fitness or a medical certificate may be required. These activities are supervised by qualified personnel.
33. Use of images and sounds
Trainers, instructors, and participants (or their legal representative) authorize the organization or third parties (journalists, invited observers) to capture and use their image, voice, or likeness (photo, video, audio) within the context of educational or communication activities, without financial compensation. This authorization may be revoked in writing.
VII. DIGITAL TOOLS AND PLATFORMS
34. Platform access
Access to digital tools (e.g.: e-learning platform, virtual classrooms, collaborative messaging) is subject to the creation of a personal account. The login is nominative and non-transferable.
35. Responsible use
The user agrees to a respectful and lawful use of these tools. Any malicious, improper, or unauthorized use is subject to sanctions (suspension, exclusion, complaint).
36. IT charter
The participant agrees to the organization’s IT charter, including rules on security, data confidentiality, prohibition of illicit software or files, and protection of digital infrastructure.
37. Security and backup
The organization implements security measures but cannot be held responsible for data loss due to user negligence or external technical failure.
VIII. PERSONAL DATA AND CONFIDENTIALITY
38. Data collection and purpose
Collected data is used to manage training administratively and educationally, produce statistics, and meet regulatory obligations.
39. GDPR compliance
Processing complies with the GDPR or equivalent local laws. A data protection officer may be contacted upon request.
40. Rights of individuals
Each participant may exercise their rights to access, rectify, delete, or object at any time by submitting a written request to the organization.
41. Image rights and recording
Any recording (audio, video) within the training context is subject to prior authorization, as governed by article 33.
42. Confidentiality of projects and exchanges
Information exchanged during projects, assignments, or discussions is considered confidential. Participants agree not to disclose it without written consent.
IX. RESPONSIBILITIES AND INSURANCE
43. Organization’s liability
The organization performs its duties in accordance with the law. It cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from improper use of facilities or individual misconduct.
44. Participant’s liability
The participant is liable for any damage they cause to property, tools, or persons. Civil liability insurance is highly recommended and may be mandatory (e.g.: itinerant or international training).
45. Force majeure
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance that temporarily or permanently prevents the training from taking place, the organization may suspend or reschedule sessions without an immediate obligation to refund.
46. Loss, theft, damage
The organization declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, unless they were formally deposited.
X. FINAL PROVISIONS
47. Termination or exclusion
In case of serious breach of commitments, the participant may be excluded from the training without refund. The contract may be unilaterally terminated for gross misconduct or force majeure.
48. Partial nullity
If a clause is declared null, the other clauses remain in effect.
49. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the law of the country where the organization is based. In case of dispute, the competent court is that of the organization’s headquarters, unless otherwise stated.
